Purpose

Solution
Under standard separation conditions, Epi has a retention time of 5.9mins. The peak is not well resolved from norepinephrine which elutes at 5.4mins. Slight variations may arise based on slight differences in mobile phase composition, column/precolumn age, and other factors.
