What Concentration of Standard Should I Inject to Evaluate the ENO-20/30 System Sensitivity?
Purpose
This article explains the standard solution concentrations to use to determine the sensitivity of the system and what the peak heights should look like.
Solution
Inject 10 µl of 10 µM nitrate and nitrite. The nitrite peak height should be above 16 mV. The nitrate peak should be no larger than 80% of the nitrite peak height.
