Please ensure the freezer is plugged in and turned on before starting the software ProgramDeepFreezer.exe
Please make sure that the serial adapter is plugged into the 9 pin port on the freezer and the USB on the PC. Please note that the software program is only compatible with Windows OS.
If the software does not recognize the freezer, a communication error will display the following upon loading the application program:
"No Freezers are Found. Exit this application.
Please ensure that the USB serial adapter driver is up to date by opening Device Manager/Serial Bus Controllers.
If the driver is up to date and you are still having issues, please contact us for further assistance as you may need to replace the serial adapter.
