Issue With the ENO-20 not Starting; Sequencer Error
Purpose
This article outlines the steps to boot up the ENO-20 through reprogramming of the sequencer within the detection oven.
Solution
The ENO-20 has a rechargable battery inside to backup memory. If you do not plug in the system for more than a year, the battery will drain and the ENO-20 will lose the program of the sequencer which decides when each component begins to work. To reprogram, the upper unit cover needs to be opened. Find the sequencer, which is a gray colored box made by Keyence or Omron. Program it as shown in attached file.
Please work on Sequencer Key pads;
1. Select Device Mode on the key of the sequencer. > Attached Manual 3.2.4
2. Select Device Mode of the all listed numbers below and change to “0”.
