Purpose

This article contains the instructions for how to properly pack the autosampler for shipping.

Solution

Contact us before shipping any instruments to us.  If you are directed to ship an autosampler back to our office for repair or any other reason, please follow the attached packing instructions using the original packing material. If you no longer have the original packing material, please contact us for a replacement.
